Privacy policy

Last updated 1 September 2026

We collect the least we can, and keep it only as long as the craft requires. This page explains what we know about you and why.

01

What we collect

Your name, shipping address, telephone number and email address when you place an order. We need these to make the pair and to put it in your hands.

Foot measurements, if you order a made-to-measure pair. These live in a single file under your name in the workshop and remain for as long as you are a customer of the house.

Anonymous browsing data: which pages you opened and how long you stayed. It is never tied to your name.

02

What we do not collect

We do not store card details. They pass directly to the payment provider and never touch our servers.

We do not buy mailing lists, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

03

Why we keep it

To fulfil the order, to repair the shoe later on the same last, and to answer you if you write. Nothing beyond that.

If you subscribe to the monthly letter we use your address for that alone, and every letter carries an unsubscribe line at its foot.

04

Who sees it

The makers working on your order, the carrier that carries the box, and the payment provider. Three parties, no more.

We require each of them to hold the same confidence we do.

05

Cookies

We use essential cookies to remember your bag, your language and your appearance setting. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.

06

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it entirely. We respond within thirty days.

Erasing the file means losing your stored measurements, and any later order will require a fresh measurement.

07

Reaching us

Write through the contact page or visit the workshop in Ramallah. Privacy matters are answered by one named person, not an automated inbox.
