The agreement between us is short because the work is plain: we make the shoe by hand, and we repair it for as long as it walks.

An order becomes binding when payment is confirmed. We send a confirmation carrying the order number, the last, the colour and the size.
If a particular hide runs out before work begins, we contact you and offer either an alternative or a full refund.

Prices are in shekels and include value added tax where it applies. Duties on international shipments are prepaid unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change, but the price fixed in your order confirmation does not.

Collection shoes ship within three working days. A made-to-measure pair takes six weeks, eight if the leather is cordovan.
These are estimates. If work runs a week or more behind we tell you and give you the option to cancel.

The house accepts returns within thirty days, provided the shoes were worn indoors only and the outsole remains clean.
Made-to-measure pairs cannot be returned, because they are built on a last that fits no other foot. We adjust them without charge until they settle.

We guarantee the stitching and the construction for two years. Any fault in the making we repair, or we replace the pair.
A resole is free once every eighteen months for owners of house shoes. Natural wear in leather is not a fault.

The guarantee lapses if the shoe is opened or resoled in another workshop, because a Goodyear welt comes apart and does not go back the same.

The name, the lasts, the drawings and the photographs belong to the house. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

These terms are governed by Palestinian law, and any dispute is heard before the courts of Ramallah.
